Description of PakMed PakNeurol 01
It is a neurological assessment tool developed in/for Microsoft Office Access. Based on Glasgow Coma Scale that is the most widely used scoring system used in quantifying level of consciousness following traumatic brain injury. One determines the best eye opening response, the best verbal response, and the best motor response. The score represents the sum of the numeric scores of each of the categories.
A neurological assessment tool developed in/for Microsoft Office Access and is based on Mathew Stroke Scale for the neurological evaluation of a patient with acute stroke. The score correlates well with the severity of the stroke.
