Description of SharePoint Lookup Boost
SharePoint Lookup Boost provides an overview page to list all information related to an item. The page displays not only all items from which this item looks up, but also all items which look up information from this item. SharePoint Lookup Column is commonly used, for it builds relationship between items from different lists. Generally you need to build a two-way relationship between two items, for instance, if A look up information from B, B may also need to look up A. This operation is complicated and easy to make mistake. With SharePoint Lookup Boost, the two-way relationship can be easily displayed in a page without manually creating two-way Lookup columns. SharePoint Lookup Boost can search all items related to the specific item and display them categorized by lists.
SharePoint Lookup Boost is easy to use. Once Lookup Boost is installed, the shortcut directing to related information page will be added on the item edit menu as well as the item display-form toolbar. SharePoint Lookup Boost is a lightweight but very useful tool for your SharePoint.
